Sneakin' and Attackin' (Spider-Woman Card Draw Deck)

Unfortunately TBE cannot pay for command team because you must be in hero form and she doesn’t have the shield trait in hero form.
I have a similar deck but it’s with protection and is called draw your life and it’s absolutely insane card draw while dealing crazy amounts of damage or threat removal

You’re completely right. I added that part while doing the write up thinking “How have I missed this every time I played the deck?” Well… I see now why I missed it.

Love this deck! Can you have the leadership ally Captain Marvel in a Spider-Woman deck? Since she has her own Captain Marvel\Carol Danvers already?

If you can, it'd make this deck even more bonkers with the amount of you have here.

@InigoMontoya Thanks! Sadly you can’t include the Leadership version of Captain Marvel. The deck building rules don’t allow it since the signature ally Captain Marvel is already in your deck.

That's a bummer. The only suggestion I'd have is to put White Tiger in place of Maria Hill. She'd cost the same with Team-Building Exercise, and would give at least 2 cards in Expert mode. Can't wait to try this out!

Whoops! Wrong White Tiger. This one draws you cards, and can be brought back with Command Team and Rapid Response. :)

That’s a really solid change! I keep forgetting about White Tiger, and she’s definitely a better choice here.

Good point @stilonxy! White Tiger also doesn’t interact with Sneak Attack. So while a great inclusion, there isn’t a combo with anything in particular in the deck. But you do get bigger card draw than with Maria Hill.

@Astrodar Both White Tiger and Spider-Woman are Avengers. They share a trait. So, you could use her with Sneak Attack, I'm pretty sure. What am I missing?

@AstrodarThis deck looks fun! Spider-Woman is my favorite hero to play with, win or lose lol. I have tried many of decks with her and can't wait to give this one a go! I do like the change up of Maria Hill for White Tiger. Cheers!

@InigoMontoya You can use Sneak Attack with her, but her ability is “play from hand.” So you won’t get the card draw. Same for if she returns with Rapid Response.

Loving these Sneak Attack decks! Love FINALLY being able to make use of the SHIELD trait even if it’s a very minor thing within the deck.

Nice job with this deck @Astrodar. I have a question about this: "Rapid Response will let you avoid the Sneak Attack discard if you can use Command Team to burn out the ally before the end of the phase." Is it right? i think Sneak Attack ability is a latsing effect like Lead From The Front. So when you kill an ally by consequentional dmg , and get it back with Rapid Response, at the triggering point ("end of the phase") Sneak Attack still discards your ally cause it is in play. Or am I missing something ?

@OGBence When a card leaves play, there is no memory of it. If it enters play again, it is treated as a new copy (see RRG1.4 “Leaves Play”). So while Sneak Attack is a lasting effect, it’s looking to discard the specific ally you put into play with it. However, it doesn’t find that ally, it finds a “different” one by the same name.
