I think this card is broken in solo play. Just compare it to Webbed Up. For 2 less cost you almost get the same effect. And I would say 1 stun + 1 confuse is better then 2 stuns in most scenarios. If You Combine it with Press the Advantage it really shines.
To be fair, I think several cards are broken in solo play, which is part of the reason I always play 2-handed :P
