Use Defensive Energy to play Tally Ho! get Bamf! back to your hand and draw a card.
Flow Like Water is better than you think - every time you play a defense traited card it deals a damage. this makes it easier to trigger Change of Fortune with Powerful Punch, Tally Ho! and Riposte. stack retaliate and Electrostatic Armor damage and you're taking down 7 or 8 hp minions
this combo can turn one minion into a Bamf returned to your hand plus 2 more for change of fortune plus 1 if you used defensive energy.
Specialized Training is not included die to how difficult it is to clear. I agree with Boomguy that it is a win-more card. if you can afford to clear Specialized Training you were going to win anyways without clearing it. I've ran it so many times wanting it to work but its just a cushion for Masterplan in actual gameplay. feel free to add it if you've been traumatized by Masterplan but if you're able to clear it, you were going to win anyways and would have won sooner in fewer turns. Boomguy is wrong about Domino (she is the best hero in the game) but 100% correct about Specialized Training
