This deck is meant to support my corresponding Quicksilver deck. After a few plays, I was able to get a 96 damage turn out of Quicksilver, and that's definitely not the cap.
This deck has a simple goal:
BUFF QUICKSIVER
You're gonna get the six stat boosting skills and conditions on Quicksilver. Along with his kit's upgrades and a Symbiote Suit, he'll have 5/5/5 stats. Add in a leadership Battle Mage buff, R&D Facility, and Maximum Velocity, he can hit 7/7/6 for a phase.
Maria Hill, Mission Leader, Skilled Investigator and Unflappable can draw him cards. Cyclops is essentially a +1 ATK against the villain for a turn, and The Night Nurse can clear statuses.
The rest of the cards are either cheap blockers with some utility, or cards that help you dig through your deck.
OTHER CARDS TO CONSIDER
- Float Like a Butterfly and Sonic Rifle could replace Firebird and OWoA if the villain doesn't have easy access to steady/stalwart.
- Dauntless or Electrostatic Armor can be thrown on Quicksilver to ping toughs.
- Second Wind or Med Team could keep your life up if you don't find the DEF buffs fast enough.
- Melee, One by One and Marked can help deal with smaller minions so Quicksilver can focus on the villain.
- Battle Fury and Justice Served can be thrown on Quicksilver for free readies.
- Yellowjacket can fetch the upgrades you need.
- Throw in a Helicarrier if someone's bringing Build Support.
I play mostly two-handed solo, so always interested to see a paired hero deck design.
