I got the idea for this deck from a Gamora deck I made, and it works even better here. Ms. Marvel has the best Alter-Ego resource gen I've seen.
- She draws a card from her AE ability
- She draws a card from Aamir Khan
- She decreases the cost of the next card played by 1 with Nakia Bahadir
- Additionally when she has a card left over or that isn't a good play at the moment she can attach cards to Bruno Carrelli
We're talking a net gain of 7 resources for a flip: +3 for current turn as described above, and +4 for next turn with the increased hand size. That's a lot of extra resources for flipping.
When you combine this with 2x Sonic Rifle to prevent scheming, and cards like Lay Down the Law which clear tons of threat on flip Ms. Marvel becomes incredibly powerful.
Strategy
Mulligan:
- Your best setup card is Aamir Khan. The ability to draw a card, and send something that you might have discarded through the AE ability is huge. Early game this allows you to discard something like Embiggen! or Avengers Mansion, and know you can get it back pretty soon. It's also ideal for building up your last hand before shuffle like sending back Nick Fury and a couple of your double resource cards.
