Winter Soldier is a powerful and versatile Hero with cards built into his kit to support Press the Advantage in even the most challenging circumstances. For Example: The Villain is Steady or Stalwart during some or all of the game. Winter Soldier has ways to fetch targets that can be stunned or confused. Regardless, 1 cost for 2 damage isn't terrible. Cybernetic Arm adds an extra damage. And finally, if Winter Soldier uses PtA to defeat an enemy, he gets the kicker of removing 2 threat from a scheme.
