It's all in the title, the deck is all about this dynamic duo.

Strategy is very simple; get out Honey Badger and slap Sidekick on her as early as possible. Mulligan on the first turn and if you don't get lucky I threw all three Suit Ups in here that I could. Once HB is in play slap a Danger Room Training on her. Play Team Training and X-Force Recruit as well to get HB even more hit points and keep her around even longer. Play a Game Time or two or three at zero cost each for extra turns for both HB and X-23. Gambit is in here mostly as an extra blocker but his ability could get lucky where you can neutralize X-23's obligation as it definitely throws a wrench into this plan, and Pixie is here much for the same, a chump blocker and an added instance of HB recursion if you are unlucky and she ends up discarded.

Late game cards are Side-by-Side and Lead from the Front, these allow you to ready, and depending on the card ups their stats for the round, or allows you to up their stats or heal. I threw in a random [Leadership Skill as well, since HB attacks and thwarts often why not bump her stats a bit for a few turns?

The deck is very fast. I think Gambit is the only card that costs 3 or more resources aren't something that's on my mind much while playing, but since there are at least 10 Leadership cards with a cost of 2 I threw in two copies of The Power of Leadership. Any two of the double resources would work though, especially during campaigns where it might come in handy to have other resources. Against the Sentinel for example I'd swap these out for a Genius and an Energy.

When it comes to Identity cards I do feel Adamantium Lacing is a must play upgrade, it mades the three Directed Force cards much easier to fire off as your basic will now have piercing. Late game, the healing cards Pain Tolerance and Regenerative Longevity are also pretty nice. And I never waste a Puncture Wound, weaken the villain and deal some damage. Why the heck not?

Hope you all enjoy the build!
