The sole purpose of this deck is to defend/mitigate damage for as many of the other players as possible in the villain phase.

Trying to figure out the balance for the events. Powerful Punch "taunts" the attacker, but doesn't mitigate any damage or ready, so I cut it, as Never Back Down cancels the next attack by the villain and mitigates damage. (If you're facing a steady or stalwart villain, Powerful Punch would be a good replacement for it.)

Powerful Punch and Preemptive Strike are included to shift the villain's attack to you even if you are exhausted.

Defensive Stance, Electrostatic Armor, and Forcefield Generator are included to be more efficient than always relying on events and to ensure the ready/stun effects Desperate Defense and Never Back Down trigger.

I didn't use any resource cards as most of the events are only 1 cost, so cutting them helps ensure you have an event to play when you need to. It does make getting the upgrades out more difficult, so prioritize Super-Soldier Serum and Helicarrier (and Quincarrier if you can) first. Your teammates are at full health at first anyway, right?

Quincarrier only if no one else is running it.
