Here is a fast-paced deck I really liked!
I played it solo and multi, against some medium difficulty (expert) villains and it was great fun :)
Economy:
- Cost curve is very low, hence Strength as our only double.
- Avengers Mansion and Helicarrier can be hard to pay but are worth it. In multiplayer, Build Support is nice to pay the Hellicarrier.
- Use Superpower Training to play Gamora's Sword or Keen Instincts. Those 3 (2 copies of Keen Instincts) are a priority!!!
Change of Fortune loop:

"Come Get Me, Bub!" and Infiltration put minion into play so you can draw 2-3 cards with Change of Fortune and (sometimes) Unflappable.

Reduce minions to low health during your turn thanks to Gamora, her abilities, her events and Gamora's Sword. That's a lot of small damage so you can be very precise.

Kill minions during villain phase with a mix of Crosscounter (your best card!), First Hit, Gamora's Sword and Electrostatic Armor.

Ideally you defend the villain attack with Crosscounter to: deal three instances of 1 damage as you choose + 1 damage to the villain + two instances of 1 thwart + prevent 3 damage + draw 2 to 3 cards.

Pinned Down and Groot help you keep some minions in play so you can kill them in 2+ rounds from now (guaranteeing a Change of Fortune each villain phase).

Endurance gives you extra room between two "Come Get Me, Bub!".

Infiltration is more useful in 2+ players but it can help you manage side schemes easier or put more minions into play.

One by One is the best cheap event I could find. Most of the time it only will deal 2 damage to soften a minion, don't feel bad about it!!!

If there is a minion in play, and once you have Keen Instincts and/or Change of Fortune, try to always keep Crosscounter or First Hit in hand for next villain phase.
Other cards:
- Face the Past is very good here, you could add it as it remove itself from the game.
- Dauntless is nice extra damage but ony only against low ATK villains...
- Relentless Assault can help you clear extra minions in 3+ players but I still prefred One by One :)
