Basically the idea of this deck is to cram as many tech cards as we can get in here to maximize the hand size in hero mode, which I intend to flip to and stay in indefinitely after my first two turns which should get me 5-6 tech cards in play easily.
The secondary consideration for the deck is to pack in as many as possible to benefit Repulsor Blast.
Instead of Martyr (I don't own the Drax pack), I'm choosing to run two copies of Electrostatic Armor because while we can't benefit from a second, our friends could, and it's a very cheap tech upgrade at minimum, good for us to find fast.
As far as customizing the deck, Luke Cage seems like he could come out for whatever we'd prefer - especially if they generate . While I was slowly buying packs for this deck I was running copies of Emergency as filler, as they're 0 cost cards that can be just used as energy, or occasionally get used as a free effect (for instance, once I draw my new hand and I can tell that after paying for whatever I'm playing that turn, I know I'll have one card left over, pop the Emergency).
