Action line 1: permanent resources and bigger hand-size help cover the cost of Sneak Attack to slap down War Machine or War Machine for fulfilling the requirement of Two Against the World.
Action line 2: multiple Command Team and Get Ready should help to ramp up the Actions Per Turn. Then, permitting resources, play Two Against the World to get more actions and any additional tech like Arc Reactor, getting an additional activation.
