Steve Rogers, Director of SHIELD

This Deck is very SHIELD heavy. As Director of SHIELD you should be thwarting at minimum of 6 each turn just by using your basic thwart ability with Heroic Intuition and Captain America's "I can do this all Day" ability. Nick Fury should only be used to either deal 4 damage or draw 3 cards then help with thwarting and protecting you for the round. Monica Chang should be your number one priority when using Chance Encounter so you can bring back and keep your Surveillance Team in play longer, unless there's a big side scheme in play; then bring out Spider-Man to help you out.

Note: The longer you keep your SHIELD cards out, the more they can be available for Homeland Intervention.
