This is my solo Spider-Man Justice deck. So far it beat expert Rhino and regular Klaw.

Compared to the suggested starter deck I made the following changes:

  • I went with double Helicarrier and Avengers Mansion. You may not need to play them both, but I feel you need one of them early to get enough tempo during the game.
  • I dropped Tenacity. It's too expensive and often enough you can't miss a physical resource.
  • Since we're going with Justice Emergency is not really needed. Especially early game usually you'll have to discard some threat removal cards anyway.
  • Great Responsibility is a relatively dangerous card. Spider-Man has only 10 health and I found myself almost always discarding this card. Also it is a Hero Interrupt and as the villain usually attacks this just stays in your hand. I think another For Justice! is a safer and better playable alternative and so in it went.
  • While Heroic Intuition can be nice I never felt I had the time to thwart as the hero. Surveillance Team is the better card here. It costs the same, you can have multiples active, it's more flexible in its use and it doesn't require your hero to exhaust.

Edit:

After more plays I suggest dropping Haymaker for another First Aid. First Aid keeps your allies longer alive (or Spider-Man for that matter).

And First Aid has a mental resource, which is better with Black Cat and For Justice!. For the same reason going to 3 Avengers Mansion, 1 Helicarrier may be correct as well.

Pretty sure “max 1 per player” means you can only have 1 in your deck not just in play. If that is true then this deck list is invalid.

No, “max 1 per player” means in play. The deck is legal. By default, the interface of MarvelCDB doesn’t allow you to create illegal decks.

Yeah you are correct. The cards state max 1 per deck for those types. Max 1 per player is in play. I got the two card statements mixed up.
