Strength In Diversity is a great card in both solo and two player. Being able to apply the exact amount of damage and thwart where it is needed is super valuable.

Hulkling has three traits: Avenger, Kree, and Skrull. He can get Aerial very easily with his Winged Shape to bring that up to four traits. That alone makes the card worth playing. Then we add in an assortment of allies with a variety of traits to bring that number as high as we can.

So far, this sounds like every other Strength in Diversity deck, so what makes Hulkling different? Hulkling has the ability to bring out his Armored Shape and defend himself instead of chump blocking and wasting the allies he worked so hard to get on the board. Since those allies are not often activating, Strength In Numbers turns them into card draw to help you find Strength in Diversity quicker or some of Teddy's great signature events.

On top of not needing to worry much about your HP or your allies dying, Teddy is also rich. His shapes all being double resources, Alien Physiology , Quincarrier , Clarity of Purpose , and good 'ol Avengers Mansion mean plenty of resources to do whatever you like or whatever the situation dictates.

This deck feels like you are cheating, even on Expert, with how easy it is to get going and take care of every problem.

Love Hulkling and he's such a good candidate for SiD! Not sure if it should be a different card but he can't use New Recruits as he isn't X-Men traited.

It's leftover from playing with a friend who played Honorary X-Men on me. I don't know how to edit the card list here; I only see how to edit the description.

Ah that makes sense! Cool combo and opens up the SiD even more :)
