Tigra's Talented Tracker Team (Limited Environment)
Note that this deck was built for a project started with Solo Marvel Champion, where a number of Limited Environment projects are forthcoming. See his video introducing the M-She-U here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t-nC7PTRPYk&t. See the definition of this Limited Environment immediately below:
Limited Environment: M-She-U Limited Environment for only female heroes established by our "group"
-
Core Set
-
3 Expansions: NeXt Evolution, Civil War, Mutant Genesis
-
10 Female Hero Packs: Ms. Marvel, Wasp, Ironheart, Jubilee, Black Panther, Black Widow, Gamora, Nebula, SP//DR, Silk
Additional Build Restrictions:
- Allies: only females, animals, "disposable" male allies, and the signature ally.
Deck Introduction:
This deck is meant to replace a 'Pool deck. Since Deadpool isn't a part of the M-She-U, this is instead a Basic deck, which resulted in a different build than I would have expected, allowing me to discover a use for Multitalented outside of a Jublilee deck. Most games eventually included the Dora Milaje support and Dora-Milaje-traited allies, while some ignored them altogether. In all games, Tigra came out on top.

- "Demo" video(s) that shows off some turns with the deck: Releasing on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 Basic Tigra Vs. Expert Sabretooth (Limited M-She-U Environment)
VILLAINS TESTED AGAINST to refine the deck and/or game play strategies (in both standard and expert): Klaw (with an expert house rule(1)); Moorlock Seige; Iron Man; and Sabretooth
Notable Results:
- Moved to the end of this description for those who wish to read it.
Deck Refinements:
Removal(s):
- Both copies of Hit and Run: I just was never playing these, unlike Multitalented, which had more flexibility and could potentially trigger all 3 actions (and was guaranteed to with The Power in All of Us in hand).
Addition(s):
- Helicarrier: This gives some added flexibility to either get Helicarrier or Quincarrier into play.
- Down Time: Gives Tigra a nice boost for her Recover stat.
NOTABLE ELEMENTS:
Ally Selections:
- The Dora Milaje: Aneka, Ayo, and Okoye
- If the Dora Milaje support is in play any one of these becomes instantly more effective and can remain in play forever. Note that if more than one Dora Milaje ally is in play, it's generally better to activate one of the Dora Milaje prior to Okoye so that her Special gets triggered.
- Hope Summers: A great incllusion in most Tigra decks to grab her Superpower cards, especially Tooth and Claw.
- Card Draw Allies: Ironheart; Nick Fury; Nick Fury, Sr. (who often provides a nice chunk of thwarting instead)
- Status-Effect Allies: Mockingbird (for a Stun) and Professor X (for a Cunfuse).
Events:
- 3 copies of Multitalented: Damage, thwarting, and healing in one card.
Player Side Schemes: Between the Allies, Feline Senses, and Multitalented, these were generally pretty easy to defeat.
- Superpower Training: For Cat's Head Amulet; otherwise, generally not needed.
- Build Support:
- Primary targets: Quincarrier and Helicarrier
- Secondary options: Dora Milaje and Precinct HQ
Resources: The usual double resources; however, the addition of The Power in All of Us was a no-brainer for its use on 16 possible cards, including the aforementioned Multitalented.
Additional Support: Avengers Mansion was played in the vast majority of games, easily facilitated by the card draw, The Power in All of Us, and the plentiful resource generators.
Upgrades:
- Endurance: Generally speaking, Cat-Like Reflexes was a higher priority play, but Endurance made for a nice back up card.
- Down Time: healing 5 damage is significantly better than 3, and this card is highly efficient if used twice.
Conclusion:
This basic deck demonstrates just how powerful a basic-focused deck can be, even in a Limited Environment. Getting so much consistent card draw makes for a deck that can deal with most anything thrown at it, and it was fun to effectively play a card like Multitalented regularly that would not only provide just enough damage and thwarting but also keep Tigra's health in a safe zone. The deck was also efficient enough to play its supports easily throughout the game, which only made the deck stronger and stronger as a game progressed.
(1) Note on expert house rule for Klaw: This modification assures that expert Klaw makes for a consistently challenging villain during playtesting. After discarding cards at the beginning of the game and putting into play the first minion that is discarded from the encounter deck, if that minion is NOT a Masters of Evil minion, I search the encounter deck for a Masters of Evil minion and replace the original discarded minion with it. I then shuffle that original minion back into the deck.
Notable Gameplay Results:
- Versus Standard Klaw: All 3 Armored Guards were in play with Hunted on them, so we were able to ignore Guard and deal damage directly to Klaw again and again. We regularly took 1 point of damage from a number of minions, allowing them to give Tigra card draw every turn.
- Versus Expert Klaw: Tigra left a number of minions in play, taking 1 damage from each to benefit from the card draw, setting up a massive final turn playing all 3 Tooth and Claw attack events, attacking with a number of allies (including a couple of Dora Milaje, and finishing with her own 4-damage-point attack for a total of 38 points of damage. This was assisted by card draw from Ironheart and Nick Fury, as well as Hope Summers grabbing the final copy of Tooth and Claw.
- Versus Standard Morlock Seige (from NeXt Evolution): We played a tempo-style game, regularly dealing damage to the villain, defeating Greycrow on our second turn, though Tigra was down to 2 HP as well. By the time we got to the third villain, we overwhelmed Chimera with ally attacks (and one hero attack) to quickly finish the game.
- Versus Expert Morlock Seige (from NeXt Evolution): In this game we built out a bit more, then finished up by dealing burst damage of 33 points at the end, easily clearing the last two villains.
- Versus Standard Iron Man: For the most part the game was under control, though the Iron Man leader got an Advance early on to go to the 2nd/final Main Scheme, which could have busted with one more unlucky draw of the other Advance. Otherwise, we built out the kit throughout the game, dealing fairly regular damage to Iron Man throughout and then a final turn burst damage of 25 points the turn after defeating Stage 1.
- Versus Expert Iron Man: This game was completely under control despite Iron Man getting an advance early again and moving to 2nd/final Main Scheme. Dora Milaje was in the game early, triggering Ayo's Special each turn for an extra point of damage, and eventually Okoye joined in the fun. Almost every support was in play by the end as well, and we dealt even more burst damage on the final turn with 32 points of damage, which included two copies of Tooth and Claw and 21 points of damage from the allies.
- Versus Standard Sabretooth: Sabretooth would have defeated me with 3 attacks in a row, both extra attacks due to revealing Unrelenting Savage, but Tigra had the resources to ready herself due to the hero response on the Protect the Senator environment. After that, Tigra took a bit of a risk and attacked enemies as much as possible while ignoring the Main Scheme, in the final turn dealing 18 damage to Sabretooth.
- Versus Expert Sabretooth: At times, Sabretooth brought relentless attacks, but Tigra was able to stave off those attacks each time. Eventually, her card draw, as well as the flexibility from the various allies and the use of Multitalented, prevailed. The extra card draw, along with the build up of the many supports, allowed Tigra to defeat Sabretooth on his first turn in Stage III with Tigra's piercing attack, 2 copies of Tooth and Claw, and a few allies for a total of 25 point of final-turn damage.
