Deck Pitch: Work on getting out a few allies you want to keep around forever and use them as fuel for card draw and dealing with any problem in front of you while using Ms Marvel’s ability to recycle useful events.

Basic Strategy

We are really leaning into our ability to recur Strength in Diversity to help us win and be effective in this one. We have a bunch of tools to help us do that. I'll get into the allies later, but with this set up you can have three allies that never leave the field and a rotating fourth slot for whatever you need in the moment. While we aren't super reliant on our standard Ms Marvel support structure, her friends and family definitely still come in handy. Mostly Aamir and Bruno, but we'll never turn down Nakia's help. Once you have the three key allies out you'll be able to activate Strength in Diversity for eight every time and based on the fourth slot ally you could get as much as twelve out of it.

Since they are so important we'll go ahead and talk allies before we go over mulligans and what to focus on once your cardboard hits the table.

Our key allies are Fantomex, White Wolf, and Yondu since they are very easy to get out and keep out the entire game. With Children of the Atom giving Fantomex all three traits this puts us at eight traits with Ms Marvel. Yondu and White Wolf can keep damage pressure on the field while Fantomex counters White Wolf's threat generation. We can also get Stinger out with Make the Call and she doesn't count against our limit. This put us at nine traits for Strength in Diversity, but I don't think you have to leave her out all the time intentionally. She's good to sit around until you need a chump blocker or use her for basic activations.

Other Important Allies

Adam Warlock is really powerful and while he sticks around he's going to have a solid impact on whatever the board state looks like.
Beast can fetch a resource if we need it, otherwise he's a back up three trait for if Fantomex isn't around.
Black Panther's role can't be understated since he can recur our events. Fetching a Diversity or Numbers from your discard can effectively get you another two uses of it with Morphogenetics.
Hugin & Munin can ready Ms Marvel up for more event recursion on a turn. Playing these birds after calling a Numbers back to your hand and readying up three allies on a good minion pick for another Numbers is amazing card draw.
Kid Omega spreads around damage and threat removal if you pay his cost and he's four traits if Fantomex isn't around.
Maria Hill is Maria Hill. You're playing her for the card draw for the table.

Mulligan Priorities

1st - Yondu or Fantomex since once you play them they are probably around the whole game.
2nd - Children of the Atom and other supports that help you recur and pay for stuff.
3rd - The Triskelion or Leadership Training since they are cheap and useful.

Early Game

Just focus on building up your board state with your allies while maintaining the field. Use Strength in Diversity to keep threat numbers low or deal with minions. If you are maintaining the game effectively, you won't have to worry about making the choice to do Strength In Numbers vs doing something to keep control of the flow of the game. Drawing another two or three cards is really useful for Ms Marvel since once you have done Numbers once you can bounce it back to your hand to do again the next turn if the game is still managable. Otherwise just play out your supports while you prep to start blowing the game up. Might be wise to bank one of each of your blue events or a Wiggle Room under Bruno so you can call on those when you need it.

Finishing the Game

Once you have your eight traits all you have to do is play Strength in Diversity once or twice per turn. There's no way the villain stays in control under that kind of barrage. Trait bombing them for 16 to 24 a turn is guaranteed to close out the game in no time. Just apply pressure and don't let us. Bounce Diversity back to your hand whenever you get a chance and hold onto it for the next turn. Once you have two of them in your hand, drop two of them and bounce one back. Leadership Training is yet another way to recycle your Diversity cards so you know you can draw back into them sooner.

Tweaking the deck

I really like Mission Leader but if you're playing this deck solo you can cut it if you want to.

If you want to bring this down to closer to 40 make cuts from among the following cards: Mission Leader, Kid Omega, Stinger, Rally the Troops, or Make the Call.

If you’re playing this in multiplayer, throw in a Helicarrier to help you pay for the higher priced Diversity. Or other players can help you, but they might not always want to. So soften the blow a bit with reducing the cost.

I love seeing Ms Marvel in leadership, and cool to see it with Strength in Diversity. Such a good card when the group is in it with you. I’m curious about adding a second Leadership Training to help with getting them back. Since Strength in Diversity isn’t an attack, thwart, or defense, it limits how you recur, the second training can help up the manipulation that you get with your flip downs and AE supports.

`@andyr It would be 100% worth it. The idea that prompted the idea initially (that I played wrong in my video showing the deck off) was that I could recur Diversity with her ability. I think the deck still works but would be improved with that additional way to recur it. I just realized it doesn’t have my revised write up on here and talks about using her ability to bring it back. Need to fix that later when I get a chance. Thanks for the suggestion.
