Spider-Woman is the only hero to allow such a multi-themed deck: spy stuff, Defenders, stun and confused.
SPIES
The spy stuff includes your ally Agent Coulson, who is obviously meant to find the other two cards: Spycraft and Espionage. But because Spider-Woman is ALSO a spy, you can play those cards without restrictions.
Your allies are the Defenders: Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist and Luke Cage, except Agent Coulson and Captain Marvel. I suggest using Coulson, Marvel and Daredevil to THW, the others to attack.
Take advantage of Spider-Woman's 2 aspects to pack your deck with lots of stun (Iron Fist, Tackle, Pheromones) and confusion (Concussive Blow, Pheromones). The villain will have a hard time whatever form you end your turn into!
You also get some heal with Contaminant Immunity and Momentum Shift, damage / threath prevention with Defensive Stance and Counterintelligence, as well as some prevention from The Night Nurse and Spycraft.
