TL;DR You'll feel Fantastic when Silk hits a Villain/Minion for 9 damage during the Villain's/Minion's attack, you'll be saying "It's Clobberin' Time!"

Be as Strong as The THING

In a protection deck, your strongest cards/combo are:

Spider Reflexes, once you build up Silk (and make sure she takes as many tucked cards as possible), you can defend for +3 (her DEF), an additional +1 using Armored Vest, and 4 tucked cards, Silk will have a +8 Defense. [KEY CARD FOR DECK].

"Stop Hitting Yourself", follow that up with this combo, and you will back for 8 damage for a 2 cost card. You have 3 copies of this card. (And since in mid-late game you have 20 cards on the board, the chances you can play this card on any attack are very high).

Electrostatic Armor, you'll also get another 1 point of damage when you defend.

Unflappable And an extra card, so your total resource output will be 1 resource for 9 damage.

Endurance Get stronger.

Indomitable Get knocked down and get up again.

Be a Genius like MR. FANTASTIC

Ingenuity Cindy Moon is already a Genius.

Eidetic Memory Anticipate and strategize your enemy's moves and swap out with weaker Encounter cards. [KEY CARD FOR DECK].

Outwit with your geinus intellect, combo with

Organic Webbing, to Thwart for a total of 7 when necessary.

Wallcrawl Alternatively, use 0 or 1 resource to remove 2-5 thwart.

Change of Fortune Plan your turns and draw more cards when you are attacked.

Spider-Tingle Just in case when you use Eidetic Memory, switch the encounter to a card you know is a treachery, then use Spider-Tingle to cancel the effects. This is when you have a card that you tucked that will end the game and you swapped it.

Resource Management: Like Dr. Richards, Silk uses these cards to conserve resources.

Team-Building Exercise Be a leader so you can take advantage of your Web-Warrior traits for lower costs. Don't forget if you've used the Hero action on Organic Webbing you can lower the cost on your Aerial attack with Swinging Web Kick.

Deft Focus Silk utilizes her resource management with cards.

Genius/ Strength/ Energy/ The Power of Protection - With five double resource cards, you will never be without enough resources for your higher-priced cards.

Smooth as Silk, plan ahead so you can have a tucked card for a specific type of module.

Albert Moon, add more tucked cards when you flip down and heal for 4 on your way up to fight again. [KEY CARD FOR DECK].

GOOD PR

As a team leader, you know the best way to anticipate is have good PR.

J. Jonah Jameson remove 2 threat from a side scheme. It's a great card but a little expensive on your first deck pass.

Get the Scoop Helps with strategy, but can be passed up.

The only con of this deck, like all Silk decks, you'll be taxing your brain like Mr. Fantastic.

Be Aggressive like INVISIBLE WOMAN and HUMAN TORCH

Spider Claws - You can potentially attack for 7, likely for 5 and you gain piercing.

Swinging Silk Kick can attack for 9. Use Deft Focus and Team-Building Exercise (if you have the Aerial trait) to lower the cost to 1 or 2. And you can gain overkill.

Directed Force is an overlooked card not in many decks. It is a great card for Silk, because you can use it both as an add-on to Swinging Silk Kick when you get rid of a tucked card and gain overkill, or when you use Spider Claws and gain piercing. (Two copies).

Thwip Thwip!. Stun two enemies. A very Sue Storm power move.

Make Silk and her Web-Warriors into the FANTASTIC FOUR

Web-Warriors is too powerful to not put those cards in any deck. Just like Peter Parker wanted to join the Fantastic Four, (Amazing Spider-Man #1 (1963), these Web-Warriors make great allies. Use a total of three, to make a Fantastic Four.

Web of Life and Destiny Every time these allies leave, you will get another card.

Spider-Man (Peter Parker). Get him out, and Sik will have lots more options as she will be ready.

Scarlet Spider, combo with Peter Parker Spider-Man and you get 8 uses of Peter-Parker Spider-Man, which is 8 readieds of Silk>

Spider-Man Noir takes a lot to set up, but a cool way to combo with Silk's Tuck aspect to thin the encounter deck so you can use her tuck ability more strategically.

Spider-Byte, since you'll have Electrostatic Armor, he'll only cost 2.
