This is my first submission to the site. I haven't had a decent deck idea since I started playing this game a year ago, but I saw Firepower in the Bucky precon and it awakened something in me.

Before checking out any submissions to the site, I made my decklist and tried it out a few times vs Black Widow. After a few revisions, I finally decided to see if there's another deck like what I had in mind. I see @Castlefrank47 made their Weapons Free! deck [https://marvelcdb.com/decklist/view/51151/weapons-free-1.0] and I found a very useful Bug hiding in my collection.

The name of the game is to get Firepower out as much as you can, damn the consequences, but I don't like rush decks so I needed to find a way to deal with said damned consequences.

Song titles relate to the character and the gameplay style. Bury the Light seems to match Flash Thompson's story for inheriting the symbiote and doing what he does. E1M1 - At Doom's Gate reflects the idea that made this deck come to life. This deck SHOULD feel like you're playing DOOM for the first time. You usually start the game with at least a Venom's Pistol or your Multi-Gun in your hand. I've had bad luck shuffling multiple times, so adding Digging Deep and White Fox to the deck were to mitigate the bad-luck starts. You can use Locked and Loaded to find a weapon you need for either Venom or his allies, but leave Lock and Load for your BFG: Bambino. https://i.makeagif.com/media/10-19-2016/iBrzrK.gif

Deathlok is a 3 cost card that comes with his own S.H.I.E.L.D. Sidearm. Drax is a menace if you can get him equipped with an Energy Spear. Bug is immortal when paired with Venom, Assault Training can get your events back into your deck while Gamora can help you fish for the event.

Project Rebirth 2.0 helps you deal with the amount of damage you're taking or inflicting upon yourself and can boost Flash's 6 card hand size to a 7.

Again, this deck was made to fight Black Widow, but I'll adjust the deck as I complete some more testing with other Villains. She managed to flip Attacrobatics on me at several times during huge damage turns and got me frustrated enough to keep working with this deck idea. I realize I hit the 50 card limit, but I'm finding it hard to keep myself from losing against Black Widow due to her ability to scheme multiple times on her turn and usually going from 0 threat to 9 in one activation, so I need to put Multitalented and Into the Fray to combat the quick threat buildup she has. I'm toying with the idea of adding Gatekeeper to the deck.

The main strategy to deal with Widow is to bring a minion to 1, then overkill it with either Into the Fray (for threat) or Savage Attack (to damage Widow without proc'ing her interrupt). Keep an eye out on the main scheme before defeating her current stage.

I just wanted to get this out there in case anyone had some notes for a newbie with his first deck.
