This is an updated version of the Perfect Protection deck I posted for Wave 1-2.
This deck got some great updated with Waves 3-4.
Flow Like Water give more damage output while defending.
Jocasta provides a lot of versatility by holding defensive events for the right time. Honestly, this is one of the most annoying parts for me playing a Defense Event oriented deck and she really makes it feel a lot less painful.
Starhawk is a great protection ally and an auto-include for me in a lot of decks.
Machine Man is one I’ve also liked a lot when playing The Power in All of Us as it helps cast it AND pay double for its ability later in the game.
The only other thing to talk about is the specific Defensive Events I’m playing. I view Side Step as the best option as you don’t have to use you Basic Power to defend to use it and trigger all your upgrades. I found the stun from Never Back Down really annoying as you want to be defending with this deck to get full value so I ended up going with a couple Desperate Defense to round out the events. I could be convinced in other options, though.
