SHIELD Engine

Government Liaison is cheap and easy to play. Helps to play Helicarrier. Then Liaison and Helicarrier create a resource engine for Tac Team. You use AE ability to pull TAC team from discard pile every turn to keep a full board of TAC teams.

This seems a great paired deck with Nova or Rocket to help them defeat minions.

@Septuseth great point! She does a great job of setting up minion kills. Many times she’s leaving minions at 1 HP with all the 2 points of damage hits.
