Used the popular pitchback deck for inspiration. The goal was to use upgrades to trigger pitchback during villain phase. I tried to build around aerial as much as possible.

We struggled early due to lack of thwarting and too many slow decks but we did win after setting up. This deck felt strong in Multiplayer but I never got pitch back to trigger in villain phase because I was focusing on threat. For solo, I'd take out Hall of heroes and 2 bombs away and add 3 double resources. I think this would help you play faster and should still have plenty of damage. Angel's base kit felt really good.
