Black Panther Mean Swing (Wave 1 & 2 Only)

Note: This deck is only using cards from Wave 1 & 2.

This deck isn’t really that special but Mean Swing is just so damn good when you can easily enable it and Black Panther can do that as his Panther Claws and Energy Daggers benefits are both traited as weapons!

More importantly this deck gives me a chance to talk about how underrated I think Black Panther is and how I think many people play him wrong. It’s all about which upgrade you get first and how you play him. I see most people say to get his Panther Claws first but in my option for Solo that is wrong.

Get the Vibranium Suit, every time. Period. It just gives you sooooo much sustain. Every Wakanda Forever! Forever becomes, at minimum, a Momentum Shift which normally costs 2 resources. You can tank hits all day( and not defend) which leaves you to attack/thwart AND your allies wont need to tank/chump for you as often which means more thwarting and damage from them.

For this build you rarely, if ever, will need to flip down to recover which is so nice when playing an aggression build. For some scenarios you won’t need Chase Them Down which can be replaced with Skilled Strike. If you do this the build really shifts to a rush build which is also a ton of fun.

I would love a cheap damage event for this build but with just the cards from Wave 1 & 2 there is not really a ton of good options. Maybe Relentless Assault but it’s just okay.
