Magneto is here!

I've really enjoyed him so far especially in Aggression. When he was first revealed and we got to see his kit, Metal Shards is a card that I wanted to build around in Aggression. That's where this deck idea started.

The idea is we're going to summon minions through Looking for Trouble or our nemesis from Face the Past. But just Summoning them isn't enough, I wanted something else from it. Metal shards gives us a tough when we defeat an enemy. Add Marked or Gatekeeper to that and you're getting overkill or threat removal on top of it. Even without Metal shards we've got Hand Cannon to give us overkill and can be paired with Warrior Skill to further boost Mags Attack. Warrior skill can also be used with Metal shards to increase the damage from it.

Magneto is really strong, getting out his cape allows him a ready after you use his magnetic pull.

His armor gives him +1 to his ability if you discard certain resources when doing magnetic pull.

His helmet give him steady and allows him to generate a resource for a magnetic event.

The deck concept also plays into part of his kit. Wrapped in Metal allows him to neutralize a non elite minion and then Magnetic Missile allows him to discard that enemy and launch it at another dealing 5 damage plus a stun. Hall of Heroes allows us to draw 3 cards in AE after we defeat 3 minions. This has been really easily triggered and I've had several games where I've been able to hit this twice.

We have Psylocke and Professor X for confuses to get us to AE and trigger both Asteroid M and Hall of heroes.

Keep Up the Pressure seems strange with only his Metal shards but I like to leave it out until I have a minion with marked on them. Clear keep up grabbing Metal shards and pair it with warrior skill to get up to 9 damage dealing overkill from marked and gives you a tough.

White Queen us perfect to play after face the past since she can remove the tough that your nemesis has.

Tempus allows us to avoid a scheme when we have to flip down.

Hope Summers grabs a Superpower from the deck which his Metal shards and Electromagnetic Blast are.

Gambit is just here to pull cards out of the encounter deck and hopefully provide some solid thwart.

Build Support gets Hall of heroes or asteroid m into play.

Superpower Training gets one of his several great upgrades into play.

Lock and Load grabs hand cannon for you.

Deft Focus helps pay for his Superpower events.

That's it pretty straightforward deck but a lot of fun and feels very thematic to me.

discard a minion is same as defeating a minion (for hall of heroes)?

@Morphx2 pretty sure it's separate and discarded minions wouldn't trigger hall of heroes
