This deck goes truly infinite with Strength In Numbers, but requires enough setup that pairing it with a Justice deck is a good idea. Honestly, there are a lot of decks out there that can be more useful early and mid game, while winning just as fast. The reason to play this deck is mostly for the fun of playing a truly infinite loop (baring you run out of encounter cards you place face down in front of yourself).
How does it work? Step 1. Play 7 allies Step 2. Draw 7 cards Step 3. Repeat step 2
So how do we play 7 allies when there is a 3 ally limit? Most people are familiar with the shenanigans, but if you are not, it means using Avengers Tower, The Triskelion, and Knowhere to increase your ally limit to 6. Stinger does not count against your ally limit, so she makes 7. It is worth noting that the only way for you to get Knowhere into play is from clearing Build Support. Build Support is in the deck exclusively to fetch Knowhere to get around it's play condition.
This deck focuses on inexpensive allies that have a strong benefit to our plan.
- Black Knight has piercing, which is important when we are on Giant side, or before we have down Army of Ants.
- Captain America is free once you have 5 other Avengers out, he has Tough to block, and good stat lines.
- Hawkeye costs 3 and pings into minions as they enter. He is more expensive than Hawkeye, but she costs a resource to get a similar effect.
- Kaluufunctionally costs 1, thanks to the enter effect. He can actually net you cards if you already have a few allies, and you are lucky enough to grab a Strength In Numbers.
- Squirrel Girl clears toughs, and chips in at all enemies. Really good for 2 cost.
- Stinger doesn't count against our ally limit. She is a whole extra The Triskelion for less cost.
- Wasp is part of your required cards, and is solid.
Drawing cards repeatedly is the same trick you have likely seen before. Play Strength In Numbers, play Avengers Assemble!, repeat. This deck runs one copy of Lead from the Front to speed up the growth of your team. Using your copies of Resize, and Pym Particles to level out your draws is useful early, but by the time you are set up, you will find you have time to sneak in a Giant Stomp or Hive Mind if you want to.
Unfortunately, Avengers Assemble is max 1 per round :/
