Set them up and then knock them down
Change of Fortune + Crosscounter has proven it self as a decent combo from my experience. Gamora's Sword helps cards like First Hit and Powerful Punch finish off enemies with its +1 damage. Also, Gamora's hero ability is once per phase, so you might get an +1 extra threat removal in a round.
Jocasta works incredibly well in Gamora; being able to grab Crosscounter is top priority.
