This build is designed to be effective against even steady or stalwart villains, capitalizing heavily on the psychic keyword to inflict continuous and reliable damage via Psimitar.

Psychic Manipulation is not used here because it can be unreliable. Further, with such a limited hand size, having to sacrifice most of it on the opposing turn can make for a fairly uneventful payer turn. It can be recommended against Expert villains however as both boost icon count average is higher, as is their base scheme (typically).

A full set of The Power of the Mind and a Genius provides reliable fuel for both Telepathy and Telekinesis.

Card draw is employed throughout the deck to mitigate her hero hand size. Nick Fury, Ironheart, Avengers Mansion, One Way or Another, and IPAC all allow for additional card draw options. Pete Wisdom has some synergy with IPAC as well, which can improve his efficiency.
