Shoutout to this guy here for the meat of this decklist - I'm just starting out in the game and don't own many packs so this is my version after I bought the most important and numerous cards in his list. Please check out his to know more of how the deck functions.
Basically the idea of this deck is, with the limited amount of packs I own, is to cram as many tech cards as I can get in here to maximize my hand size in hero mode, which I intend to flip to and stay in indefinitely after my first two turns which should get me 5-6 tech cards in play easily.
The secondary consideration for the deck is to pack in as many as possible to benefit Repulsor Blast.
As far as spare change in the deck goes Emergency and Luke Cage could come out for whatever you'd prefer - especially if they generate .
