mmmmtech upgrades... (2nd deck)

Protection really just for the 2 Tech Upgrades it has up to The Rise of the Red Skull to make the Hero hand limit a bit more consistent. Rest is built more around having as much resources for Repulsor Blast & cards to mitigate as much threat + encounter card shenanigans as much as possible.
