This deck supposes that James Rhodes and Sharon Carter started a gun running side hustle, where they each use their SHIELD contacts to amass an incredible amount of weaponry and munitions.

Key Cards:

The Plays:

Warning! This is not a fast deck, but it is really fun and satisfying.

To get it out of the way, this deck will have you staying in alter-ego mode for significant portions of the game, really only flipping if you have to to avoid a loss to the main scheme. Finding and getting Munitions Bunker onto the table is top priority, so you can start getting ammo counters on it as soon as possible. After that, you want to get Agent 13 out to start helping with threat removal and simultaneously readying Munitions Bunker to keep filling it up with ammo counters. This is where you will then also want to have some Command Team and Get Ready to keep activating her and adding even more ammo counters to the bunker. Once you're fully online, you should be adding anywhere from 4-12 ammo counters to the bunker per turn. Once you get a ton of ammo counters on the bunker, flip to hero mode and melt the villain with Shoulder Cannon (and other events/upgrades as able of course).

How it Works:

Ideally, once you play Agent 13 for the first time, you won't have to worry about losing her to a shuffle by using Make the Call to keep bringing her back to play. If you ever do need too, though, you can use Sneak Attack to play her on the cheap, then just get as many activations as possible to load up the ammo. Sneak Attack can also be useful to play Iron Man from hero mode if there is some key piece of gear you're looking for such as Shoulder Cannon.
Call for Aid can also be used if you're struggling to find Agent 13, discarding until you hit either Iron Man or Black Panther hopefully discarding her in the process to be able to play her with a Make the Call. Black Panther is also invited to the party to be able to hang onto a Get Ready or a Make the Call, whichever is more valuable/available at the moment.

The Other Stuff:

Team Training is always good to keep your allies, especially Agent 13 around longer, and also give her even one more activation on a REALLY good turn.
Helicarrier really should just speak for itself.
Avengers Mansion is also there for if you get the luxury space to play it, it'll never hurt to have around, though admittedly, it would be one of the easiest cuts if you prefer running something else.

That's A Lot of Resources:

Yeah, I know. Your events are all cheap for the most part, but you're usually going to be paying full price for your ally plays, not to mention Command Team at 2 can be a little tricky. Cut them for other things if you want, but I've found it very helpful for actually getting more key things on the table on time.
