Cardboard Champions - Drax the Defender

Drax is a whole bunch of fun, and while this may not be the most optimal deck out of the gate, it's certainly more than playable.

Energy Barrier, Subdue, Side Stepand Desperate Defense combine with the rest of this deck to ensure you can take as many hits as possible without taking damage, triggering synergies like Unflappableand generally ensuring you can take as many hits as possible.

With massive Counter-Punch synergy and the ability to negate damage without needing to exhaust, Drax does two things and does them well - tanking and punching the villain in his big, smug face.
