Has some strong allies to help absorb damage and get work done while making use of Morale Boost, Moxie, and Maximum Velocity to get stuff done on Quicksilver.
Deft Focus is absolutely great in Quicksilver as it applies to his entire hero deck except Scarlet Witch and Speed Cyclone. It might actually be a 2x in this deck, but for now I'm just running the 1x.
