First of all sorry for my English.
Most important thing - you need double resource and Wasp (Nadia) on your first hand. Switch to tiny form, use hero action to remove one threat from Main scheme, play Wasp and remove 6 threat (hero respone + THW Ally & hero) from Gallery of Splendor.
You should have 2 cards left. Use it to remove one card from collection. Now, "only" thing you need to do is survive Collector's turn with two encounter cards.
On your second turn remove remaining 2 threat from Gallery of Splendor when you don't have any cards left im your hand. With one encounter card less game should be easier. A bit of luck and good decisions and you can beat this villan and have pretty solid deck for upcoming scenarios
