Quicksilver - Super Speed Turtle Shell

We all know Quicksilver leans towards the OP side of things in Champions, so let's lean further into that with a build that allows him to boost his DEF and abuse his ability to block at least twice per Villain Phase.

There's a bit of setup time involved to reap the deck's long term benefits, so prioritize getting Armored Vest and Accelerated Reflex into play to get Quicksilver to a base 3 DEF. Indomitable and Unflappable speak for themselves, however prioritize Nerves of Steel so as to be able to play whichever of the 3 Defense Events that you'll draw.

Thankfully all the Protection sauce in this deck is dirt cheap, so you should be able to afford whichever Events you'll need to block for yourself & your teammates during the Villain Phase and still be able to play Quicksilver's busted signature cards during the Hero Phase. I was contemplating adding some extra card draw to the deck, but I wanted it to remain lean at 40 cards. Quick character, quick deck.
