This is a variant of my Did You Miss It deck? It supposes that Quicksilver appears in episode 2 of Wandavision. It's mainly black and white; but one coloured card has crept it to add a splash (Combat Training).
Quicksilver stands there, tapping his toes. Just occasionally, he flickers, but mainly he is watching the others Duke it out.
He glanced at you: "Don't blink". He looks back to the bank heist. You look at the bank and see all the Masters of Evil and Klaw, active a moment a go, slumped on the ground.
"Did you miss it"?
The idea of this deck is to build and build for one massive burst at the bottom of your deck, them knock out both villain stages in a turn.
You want to get Quicksilver to ATK 7/8 (Combat Training, Reinforced Sinew, as many Adrenaline Rush as you can, and on THE turn,Maximum Velocity.
Then you do basic attacks as many times as you can: 2 naturally, up to 4 from Always Be Running, up to 3 from Tenacity). These are all fuelled from Friction Resistance - which resets after each of these unexhaust Quicksilver.
Theoretically you can do 9 attacks in a turn, doing 72 damage each for 96. More likely is 7 or 8 for 49-56 damage.
The other critical card is Serval Industries; you want to make sure you have 4 Always be running and 1 Maximum Velocity at the bottom of your deck.
Assess the Situationis there to help with your big turn, but mainly used as energy; the deck is pretty much complete at 37 cards.
Civic Duty is to help with threat control, which is your primary job until The Big Turn.
