My deck for the UK sister event alongside MC/DC. For this event we had 30 players all bringing different characters and an even spread of aspects. Going into scenarios I'd not played before, with different players/Heroes every game and then picking a character (almost) last, it seemed a solid choice that Captain Marvel protection was on the cards...
Captain Marvel has plenty of card draw, good resources and the Avenger trait. She's quick to set up, or can help other players set up depending on the fellow Heroes and scenario.
General play priority:
1) Get defense to at least 3 early game, then aim for about 5 or 6 mid-game. 7 is nice if you have time, but not crucial. This leans into using In Harms Way late game for great thwarting and damage.
2) Quincarrier and Enhanced Reflexes for the energy resource kicker on her Hero ability and identity events. Helicarrier and Avengers Mansion to help boost yourself or other players turns. This means you have smoother turns and the resources to play multiple 3-cost events when they come up.
3) Med Team is mainly there for other players and their allies, as is Muster Courage to help defend. Also she can defend once, then take a hit second time and heal back to help protect other players. She needs to stay below max hit points for the Hero healing ability, but gets a nice 15 maximum with Defensive Conditioning.
4) Deck size gets down to nearly half, so you can keep playing Med Team and her events. Basic activation is usually just for Defense once per turn, giving event more card draw with Unstoppable and a retaliate with Ronin.
This is primarily a Multiplayer deck, but works fine in single player. Changes I'd make for that would be drop Muster Courage and add a bit more Thwart capability.
This is the first deck I've properly published, even though I've been playing for six years! I also get intimidated by the huge intense write ups, so just kept this short and sweet.
Enjoy!
