This deck was built to take down Master Mold (Expert) alongside a Bishop Justice deck (name to be added). With no need to thwart, Colossus can focus on what he does best: smashing the enemy!

This is Colossus, so the most important thing we need to do is get Tough! The deck relies heavily on his hero kit to do that. You want Organic Steel in play alongside Iron Will. Once those are in place, the deck really starts rolling.

Try to use Bulletproof Protector whenever you can. Once Colossus has two Tough statuses—and maybe even two copies of Organic Steel in play—your turns can get pretty ridiculous.

Colossus brings Steel Fist. Deal damage to the villain, discard a Tough status, draw a card from Iron Will, and stun and confuse the villain... that's a great way to start a turn! Then exhaust Organic Steel to get another Tough status. Follow that up with your basic attack, which can reach 5 ATK with Combat Training and Aggressive Conditioning. Finally, throw in Made of Rage, adding +6 ATK and Overkill if needed.

And remember: so far, we're only talking about Colossus' hero kit. So what else is in the deck?

Early game, you might want to remove some threat. That's where Into the Fray comes in. Ping a minion for some damage, then play Into the Fray with 4 or 5 excess damage and remove a big chunk of threat from the main scheme. Since you don't have to remove threath that isn't there, I try to flip down only when I know I can get Armor up, or when there's a good chance I'll draw into it.

In a minion-heavy scenario, Toe to Toe is a great card. You play it for only 1 resource, which can be paid with The X-Jet, Martial Prowess, or Titanium Muscles. Just try not to use Titanium Muscles when Jarnbjorn is in play. The minion attacks you, you lose a Tough status, draw a card, exhaust Organic Steel, gain another Tough status, and then finish off the minion—or soften up a bigger one for Into the Fray. And even if Colossus has no Tough status, but there's a minion you really want gone? No worries. Colossus has enough hit points to take the hit and send that minion straight to the discard pile.

Alongside the two Aggression events, we have Limitless Stamina, of course. Colossus can get up to 5 ATK, so why not use that attack more than once? Even better when you've got two Made of Rage cards in hand.

There are three allies in this deck, and each has a purpose. Spider-Girl buys you some time against a minion. Tempus can prevent a scheme activation when needed, while Throg enters play with Tough (if there is a minion engaged with us) and can block an attack. The other allies can also take a hit when necessary. Sometimes you simply want to preserve Colossus' Tough status so your next turn can be even bigger. That's the main reason these allies are here.

We have two more upgrades, both included for a reason. Lie in Wait softens up a minion, preparing it for Into the Fray or Made of Rage. Then there's Aggressive Stance. Need another Steel Fist? Get it. Want Into the Fray to keep threat under control? Get it. Or maybe Toe to Toe is exactly what you need. Aggressive Stance gives you the flexibility to find the right tool for the situation.

Last card I want to mention: The Power of Aggression. I put it in to pay for Into the Fray, allies, and upgrades, but it has another use. When you don't need it as a resource, you can feed it to Jarnbjorn.

This was my first Colossus build. I played three Expert games with him—Escape the Museum, Risky Business with the Doomsday Chair(man), and Master Mold—and had a lot of fun with this deck. Once the Tough-status economy starts rolling, the deck feels really good to play.
