Weather My Mind.

This deck races to unleashed mode and then deals a lot of damage with psionic events. Extra hits from psimitar off of psionic allies and stepford cuckoos. I also play two player with my husband all the time and psychic rapport goes in when he plays scott.

Power of Aggression could be cut for sunfire, magik, or storm, but I do like the cost reduction it gives to psi bow and psychic assault

Mulligans- Look for cards that spend or remove phenix force counters, and early game team building exercise or psimitar also helps this deck feel extra powerful. With 5 hits on build support it's also a very good early game keep. Grab the X-jet early on, and stepford cuckoos or Cerebro once you've set up.
