Classic Float Like a Butterfly nonsense. Honestly, this is not an archetype I have ever designed a deck for or played. I haven't played this deck so please give me suggestions or feedback. Expecting my third child in 2 months.
Have a nice alter-ego package built-in to this deck since it is all about confusing your enemies. I would probably prioritize X-Mansion to go with the three copies of Mutant Education. If you prioritize The X-Jet with Build Support, then I am not mad at you.

Love the possible Grande Finale + Float combo on a confused villain for 12 damage.
I'd cut Deft Focus though.
By reducing the cost of any of Jubilee's hero events, rather than helping pay for them, you hurt the multiple resource payment bonuses. (eg a 1-cost Firecracker can't be paid for using by 2 different resource types so won't stun)
I like Disguise on her instead, just because it lets you complete Shopping Spree in 1 turn instead of 2.
