Sonic Arrow confuses an enemy, so why not Float Like a Butterfly to increase damage output. Prism Dust will confuse a minion, amping up Explosive Arrow even more. Bring it back to hand with Practiced Plan. Tutor either preparation when Agent Coulson enters play.
The Chang gang will manage threat. Build Support brings in Helicarrier or a Surveillance Team. Evaluate Threat can bring in Monica or Mockingbird or even Yellow Jacket to help find Expert Marksman or Hawkeye's Quiver.
Discard Justice Served to ready Hawkeye do that he can exhaust again, ready his bow, and play a second arrow event.
