Deck Showcase vs Expert Enchantress

No Basic Staples

No Nick Fury, no Avengers Mansion, no Helicarrier... what's going on?! This deck excludes Nick because he doesn’t share a trait with Thor for Stronger Together, and the resource generators were excluded because we want to push tempo instead of building out.

This deck is a custom deckbuild request for my patron, Gnarlantlers, who requested that I construct a Thor deck with the synergistic Taunt and "Come Get Me, Bub!" combo.

Power Disclaimer

Since the most powerful staples in the game aren't in this deck, its power level is not on the level of an expert Venom Goblin or expert Magneto, villains that Thor can regularly defeat when maxed out. This deck can handle most standard scenarios and even threat-heavy expert scenarios like Enchantress as long as we're not facing the big 3.

High Tempo

This deck is all about utilizing Thor's card draw from "Have at Thee!" to substitute playing cards like Helicarrier so he's able to play his hand and impact the board. "Come Get Me, Bub!" + Taunt draws Thor a total of 5 cards in a player phase that he can hopefully use to defeat the minion that's summoned and even more.

Stronger Together

An amazing protection card that released recently is Stronger Together from Wonder Man's hero pack and it's extremely useful in keeping allies in play for extra activations. For Thor, that means extra thwarting. Because of this we want to limit the allies in the deck to ones that share a trait with Thor (Asgard, Avengers, and Aerial when Thor has Mjolnir in play).
