It's another Firepower deck!
Shuri is one of the rare heroes who can guarantee turn one having a weapon in play to trigger Firepower. Her AE ability let's her exhaust to find a Black Panther or tech upgrade reducing it's cost by 2. In this case we can grab her Panther Claws and have a target for Firepower turn one!
Supporting Cast:
Shuri only has the one weapon in her kit so how will this be a firepower deck?
Jarnbjorn and Pulse Grenade are the other weapons we can attach to Shuri. We won't be able to hit the kicker for Jarn consistently as there are a lack of resources in the deck but it's still good value for the 3 damage from Firepower. Enhanced Physique could be added in to add some extra damage for it however.
The nation of Wakanda is also going to add some Firepower in the form of Sidearm. What makes this work in an aggression deck is the Dora Milaje. We can use this each turn to heal one of our Wakanda allies keeping them on board even longer which provides extra damage/threat removal as well as an on board ally with another weapon target!
Okoye is our best target as her ability can increase the attack/thwart of another Wakandan ally or hero. This means we could attack with Okoye, heal from Dora and increase Shuri's attack to 3 with Aggressive Conditioning out as well. Shuri attack for 3 plus another 2 from her claws.
With T'Challa out as well we can get another activation of our panther claws alongside his attack for potentially 4 with a Sidearm as well as a bonus from Boot Camp!
Then play a Firepower hitting at least 2 weapons, more if we have Jarn, Grenades or more allies with Sidearms out!
2 allies with a sidearm, Boot Camp and just our claws provide a ton of damage in a single turn.
Okoye and T'Challa could hit for 4 each.
Shuri for 3.
2 activations of our claws totalling 4.
Then a Firepower for 9.
That's 24 damage right there and with the amount of weapons it is conceivable to play Firepower in a single turn hitting the max of 9 damage per.
3 allies with sidearms is one trigger.
Pulse Grenade, Jarn and Panther Claws is another 9.
In solo games, you may be attacking less frequently with Shuri but her panther claws can still trigger when we defend or thwart providing consistent damage and since they don't exhaust Firepower is still available to bring more damage!
Rest of the deck:
I like to flip semi-regularly with Shuri to take advantage of her AE card draw as well as free healing from Queen Ramonda.
Ready to Rumble is here for our turn one exhausting as well as when we flip to generate card draw from The Elephant's Trunk.
Avengers Mansion, Ingenuity and Moon Girl provide card draw and resource generation allowing the Wakandan Nation to afford their Firepower.
Overall I have really enjoyed this deck and it handles itself extremely well in both solo/2 handed.

I think you forgot a card, a tiny detail: Dora Milaje :p
Otherwise, yep, that's all the good things (Firepower + the Milaje(s) with Sidearm/Bootcamp), I like it a lot for multiplayer!
