This deck is inspired by andyr trying to love Haymaker again. Winter Soldier is such a strong hero, I wanted to build a deck for him using only his hero-specific cards and the core set.
Are their better cards to include from the expanded card pool? Of course.
Did this still surprise me as a decent deck using only the core set? Absolutely!
