This is a theme deck based on both the comics and the Captain America: The First Avenger movie in the MCU.
It's also a Bucky "sidekick" deck in aggression. Giving the Winter Soldier Bambino gets more mileage from his ability after defeating an enemy, putting overkill damage on the villain. Spoiling for a Fight finds minions to slay, giving Cap another ready on top of his "I Can Do This All Day" ability. It also boosts the advantage of Man on the Wall to put upgrades, supports, or other allies into play.
Nick Fury, Sr. wants to put a tough status card on Dum Dum Dugan to prevent the consequential damage, keeping him around longer, ideally outfitted with a SHIELD Sidearm.
Three copies of Tac Team represent the other Howling Commandos plus power up Dum Dum's ability.
Three copies of First Aid are included to keep Bucky and Dum Dum around with their Shield Sidearms.
Shield Deputy is on hand to allow Steve Rogers to become Shield-traited in hero form; then Cap could wield Bambino or a Shield Sidearm, too.
Firepower pulls more damage output from the weapons on the table.
Sick theme! This looks like a lot of fun, I especially like the Winter Soldier/Bambino combo here. I’m also a sucker for Tac Team, but I usually like to include Power Of Aggression to help pay for it.
