Mission Planning prevents consequential damage so that Command Team and Get Ready can get guilt-free output from allies powered-up by R&D Facility. Organizational Support and Special Funding help provide the mental resources necessary for that support. Build Support bypasses the requirement altogether. Resource Reserve holds a resource card until needed. In multiplayer it can also pass Special Funding to another hero to boost their SHIELD supports, too.
