The Villain's POV:

We took a turn that night but it wasn't the same

-

We had a fight on the table out in the rain

-

She said she loved me but she had somewhere to go

-

She couldn't scream while I held her close , I swore I never let her go

-

Tell me what you wanna know , Oh come on, oh come on, oh come on.

There ain't no motive for this crime, JENNY WAS A FRIEND OF MINE

So come on, oh come on, oh come on

Ooohooo AAaoohhoo Oh!

-

I know my rights, I've been here all day and it's time

-

For me to go so let me know if it's all right

-

I just can't take this, I swear I told you the truth

-

She couldn't scream while I held her close , I swore I never let her go

-

Tell me what you wanna know , Oh come on, oh come on, oh come on.

Then you whisper in my ear, I know what you're doing here

So come on, oh come on, oh come on

-

There ain't no motive for this crime

Jenny was a friend of mine

Oh come on, oh come on, oh come on

Ooohooo AAaoohhoo Oh!

Quick Deck Overview:

I've been listening way too much to the Killer's timeless Hot Fuss album; it's Jenny Walters taking down the villain who tried to beat her up on the promenade/table.

All I could imagine while playing this deck and listening to this song was Ebony Maw losing to She-Hulk and then explaining to Thanos how she beat him with the Mad Titan's Shadow campaign, (like the interrogator).

Biggest thing in this deck is knowing when to flip. Between Under Surveillance, Beat Cop, Counterintelligence, Jenny Walters' "I Object" ability, allies like Misty Knight, and Superhuman Law Division, threat isn't a problem at all. Quincarrier is great for generating a mental resource for Superhuman Law Division. Recuperation is an absolute goated card for this deck, combo-ing well with Focused Rage and Split Personality. Her economy is actually quite better than I initially thought. Even with just Assess the Situation as a safe guard, you can easily afford more 3 cost cards and eventually Avengers Mansion.

Anyone else like listening to the Killers and get the lyric references? I might make a Mr Brightside deck if I have time sometime

This is an A+ writeup! Well done.

I don’t usually like to plug my own decks in comments, but I had to share this:
