Deck Description

The attack events are your primary damage sources. They do big damage, and thanks to Jubilee's Sunglasses, they will do additional damage.

Full-Body Charge will do a total of 16 damage (8 damage + 4 damage from Honed Technique + 4 damage from Jubilee's Sunglasses); Uppercut will do 11 (5 + 3 + 3); Melee will do 6 damage to two targets, plus 3 more to another.

Drop Kick doesn't synergize with Honed Technique, but we can either pay with all physical resources for the kicker (if you need the status), or just pay as normal to trigger Honed Technique and the Sunglasses. Either way, Aggressive Energy can help boost Drop Kick to 5 damage.

Angela is here to provide some tempo and a blocker, Professor X and Psylocke are here to provide status effects as needed. (Wolverine is here because he's the best at what he does.)

Press the Advantage and Drop Kick will draw you cards, and X-Gene, The X-Jet, and your resource cards will help you pay for them. Once you're set up, you should be able to play multiple big damage attacks in a single turn! (That does mean that you can't trigger the Sunglasses more than once, so the math changes a bit.)

In solo play, if you aren't able to rush, you will need to use the status effects and Flash of Light to ensure you can survive the threat. In some solo games, using 2 THW (with Jubilee's Coat) is needed to keep things under control, but lots of confuse can do most of the heavy lifting.

I would have never thought of Jubilee for Drop Kick, given that she usually wants to mix resources. But with Honed, Aggressive Energy, and the Jacket - you are totally right it can be worth it even without the kicker!

Aggression Jubes is my favorite way to play her, fun looking deck!

Jubilee is not who's clicked with me but this looks great!

@MrSelfDestruct Yeah, it wasn't my first thought either but it works so well!

@Castlefrank47 Agreed--excited to see what you come up with for this challenge!

I was not expecting this, but I’ll definitely take it for a spin. So much fun to see how it all interacts.

I was just thinking how good Jubilee is for Honed Technique. I like drop kick because in my experience stun is Jubilee's defense. Nice to see a deck that uses Uppercut, such a mid card that basically never sees play, but it is used well here.

Have you tested this against Steady or Stalwart enemies?

@dkilkay I have tested against steady, not against stalwart--that would limit the effectiveness of a few of her cards by a lot, and likely make it a lot less viable unless your team covers weaknesses. But Press the Advantage becomes essentially unplayable.

I just built a NightCrawler Aggression deck named "Razzle Dazzle" this weekend, so you got my attention quickly.

Jubilee is surprisingly great at Aggression (Honestly she is just surprisingly great full stop). For some reason I have not taken advantage of her status conditioned paired with Press the Advantage. Good idea. Ill have to give it a spin.
