Invincible Iron Man

This is a Protection deck stacked with tech upgrades. Energy Shield and Stun Gun from the Agents of SHIELD wave are great additions to Energy Barrier and Forcefield Generator. Energy Shield is powered by the same energy resource icons included for Repulsor Blast. Putting it in to play for zero cost that adds one to hand size seems like cheating. It’s also a choice target for Caught Off Guard that can be easily put back in to play on the next deck pass. Ready for a Fight allows regular use of Tony’s Futurist alter ego ability while not worrying about the main scheme.

Iron Man will defend and thwart until building out the suit to control the board state, as is his way. Armored Vest, Energy Barrier and Forcefield Generator mitigate incoming damage. Stun Gun can buy time by stopping an activation of the villain or a beefy minion.

With many upgrades in play, Supersonic Punch and Repulsor Blast are likely draws for a satisfying single attack finish.
