The One and Only Ever Ready Mighty Avengers

This deck began with wanting to include all of the Leadership cards that only an Avengers hero can use: Inspiring Presence, United We Stand, Stinger. This snowballed into then adding Avengers minions that I’ve rarely, if ever, played: Giant-Man, Power Man, and Goliath. They work particularly well with Teamwork, Get Ready, Inspiring Presence and Command Team, for multiple activations per phase pushing out high damage. Might Avengers adds +1dmg to all of them.

Captain America is the obvious choice to lead these Avengers as the Steve Rogers ability to pay one less for an ally helps put this more expensive lot into action. Avenger’s Tower boosts this further. It also adds an ally slot, along with Triskelion, so you can have five allies in play at once, or six if one of them is Stinger. Black Panther is around to grab one of the Leadership events and hold it until the board state is set for a burst of action. Rapid Response can bring him back and grab another card in the same turn.
