Storm: Winter Storm

A standard agression deck for Storm where the goal is to get all her upgrades online and then use the power of Honed Technique + Dive Bomb.

Key to this deck is also weather management:

• Switch to Thunderstorm when attacking the enemies
• Switch Blizzard before the Villain phase for minimal damage
• Switch to Clear Skies for more cards to draw, or Hurricane to manage threat
